Your privacy.

This site is an independent artist experience for Axton Martin. You can explore the archive without creating an account.

Essential storage

Your browser may remember your bag and your analytics preference using local storage. You can clear these through your browser settings. The music player does not start until you choose to listen.

Music and external services

Artwork and release information are sourced from Apple’s public catalog. Playing a preview connects your browser to Apple’s media servers, which receive the information needed to serve audio. Apple Music links open the full release on Apple’s service. Their privacy policy applies there.

YouTube videos

Video thumbnails load from YouTube. Selecting a video opens a YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode and connects your browser to YouTube to play it. YouTube’s privacy policy applies to that playback. Closing the player stops it.

Email updates

The mailing list is inactive until the artist’s email service is configured. When enabled, joining requires your email address, explicit permission, and confirmation through a double opt-in email. You may unsubscribe through any marketing email. No subscription is claimed before a real request has succeeded.

Shopping

Products appear only when a merchandise store is connected. Checkout takes place on Shopify’s secure checkout. This site does not collect card details. Prices, variants, availability, taxes, shipping, and applicable store policies are supplied by the merchant and shown before payment.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics remain off unless you allow them through Privacy choices. If an analytics endpoint is configured, consent allows listening, streaming, signup, product, and cart events. No email address is included in analytics events. Advertising integrations are not enabled. Campaign parameters are retained in this tab only after consent.

Your choices

Open Privacy choices in the footer to allow or decline analytics. The artist’s verified privacy contact can be added in the site configuration before public launch.
